We invite qualified vendors and contractors, both foreign and local, to participate in our open tender call for various contracts and tenders.

Requirements for Submission​

To ensure a transparent and competitive bidding process, all interested parties must submit

the following documents

Pro Forma Invoice: This document should detail the products or services being offered, including pricing, terms of sale, and any other relevant information. It serves as a preliminary bill or estimate that outlines the anticipated costs.

Filled Tender Forms: Complete and sign all required tender forms provided by NEEDS. These forms typically include information about your company, qualifications, past performance, and other pertinent details that demonstrate eligibility and capability.

Introduction Letter: A formal introduction letter addressed to NEEDS. This letter should outline your company’s capabilities, experience in the industry, and intent to submit a bid. It's an opportunity to present your organization in a professional manner.

Submission Process: All vendors and contractors are required to submit their tender documents in person or through an accredited agent at our designated office. This ensures that your submission is received and acknowledged appropriately.

Awarding of Contracts: Contracts will be awarded solely to qualified vendors or contractors who meet the established criteria. The evaluation process will consider factors such as quality, pricing, compliance with requirements, and overall capability to deliver the proposed goods or services.
